Does anyone know the specs on the clevite bushing that is axle side lower?

Are they the same as the stock clevite bushing?

Never heard of a Clevite bushing, Clevite is a brand but yes they use OEM rubber bushings which is a "must" on radius arms.

I was just making sure that it was the OEM lower control arm bushing.. I can get them a lot cheaper than through TNT themselves.. It helps to work in the auto industry and have wholesale hookups lol

Make sure you change out those axle side uppers before you start the install.

At a minimum I would check/re-weld and sleeve the passenger upper axle mount.

THIS!

It is just the nature of the beast, any Y-link radius arm will subject that mount to forces it was never designed to accommodate.

After 11yrs of reliable service, I pulled my TnT Y-Link arms last fall and gave them a bushing refresh and a new coat of paint.

My 11yr old TnT Y-Link lower arms run Rubicon Express SuperRide urethane bushings, not factory-style rubber bushing. I'm also running the TnT D30 axle truss, which has UCA mounts designed to run the RE3784 small SuperRide bushing.

UCA axle end PN is RE3784 Small Super-Ride Bushing kit (need 2) if you run the TnT truss.

LCA axle end PN is RE3704 Large Super-Ride Bushing Kit (need 2)

I highly recommend buying the RE bushing kit with new sleeves, as mine were bonded to the poly bushings, due to exposure to the elements.

False, some of the TnT Y-Link lower arms run an RE3704 bushing kit on the axle end.
