Air bag light and horn

Bought a 99 XJ recently, and apparenlty last night the horn was going off constant for about 45 mins. Poor guy wanted to kick my ass, anyway now I have an intermintent air bag light and horn comes back on when I put a new fuse in. Have read all the stuff on here about the clock spring etc... just wondering what the deal with the horn is, or if that's just from the clockspring as well? Thanks

There is a connector that plugs into the clock spring, and from there a wire for the horn.
Disconnect battery, unscrew horn/airbag assy. and pull wheel and check clockspring/connectors.
