s-10 springs in a xj

anyone know if s-10 springs will fit in the rear of a xj?? and if so how much lift will it give?? im trying to go cheap and get about 5.5 inch lift i have front springs but need to do something with the rear or even a bastard spring build

The S-10 springs are about 3" longer, so they won't exactly fit. . . search for bastard pack, that'll help you out.

actually theyre shorter by about 1-2", i just used a set fo 97 s10 blazer springs with the main leaf eyes cut off added to my xj packs, using the main leaf and 3rd s10 leaf with all the jeep leafs gave me about 5" of lift
