Interior Armrest

MY GF managed to pull the vinyl cover off of the interior front passenger door.

The holes in the vinyl arn't torn too badly (I think I can use washers to get it on). Is there a way to reattach the vinyl?
 
contact cement works good, I keep my dog harnessed in the back so he doent chew my interior apart, my dads dog ate his drivers armrest and inner trim panel, he to keeps his doggie harnessed in the back
