Start-up after roll?

I'm going to look at a parts XJ (2000) tomorrow that was was flipped onto it's roof. Other making sure there is enough oil in the crankcase, is there anything I should be checking before trying to start it up?

I always pull the plugs and crank it to blow any oil out of the cylinders that may be in there. If a cylinder is too full of oil it my hydro-lock. If it will not start after putting the plugs back in then check the fuel pump shut off (reset) and the ASD relay. The last roll over that I bought would not start due to the ASD relay being bad, swapped it for the AC relay and it fired right up.

IIRC, cranking with hydro-lock can bend a connecting rod?

So just pull all the plugs, turn it over a few times and then put them back in?

Thats the first thing I would do. The second thing I would do is check the fluids, then see if it will start.
