offset tire size on stock 91 xj

hi i was wondering besides driveline damage and wear and tear if anyone has ever used 2 differnt tires on there xjs. i have 31's that i was gunna put on my rears and use 275s or 30 0n my front. the truck does small trail duty and i dont want to put a lift on it just yet..any ideas or opinion from the jeep gods would be highly apreciated

Just don't try 4wd. It's work perfectly fine.

yea its a 2wd the 31s were a gift but i didnt want to buy another 2 31s but i do have 2 275s and a pair of 30s coming in. joys of working in a garage where we do a shit load of tires. im guessing im gunna have to cut the fender on the rears to make those 31s fit
