Does anyone know where I can order a CA approved catalytic converter?

Arnold's got all the cat' converters taken out of the parts stores so you can only go to a dealer and have it fixed. The dealer is too expensive for my budget and any time I try to order one online, they won't ship to CA. I can ship it out of state and have it shipped to me, but I can't even find a CA approved one online to do that.

Check your year on the recall list first. The dealership may or may not be helpful in doing this.
