For EACH DAY, be at the park by 8:00am, go pay your fees with RC, and get staged with the color group (green, blue, black, STUPIDS) you plan on running with that day.

The plan is to be heading into the trails by 9:00am EACH DAY--

If you arrive later than that, look around the parking lot to see if we haven't left yet. If you don't see a group of XJ's anywhere then when you check in at the park office, they can call us and let us know your at the office. We'll do our best to try to get you into a group that day, BUT we can make no promises.

On Thursday and Friday we'll be able to park our tow rigs and stage in the main parking lot at the park as normal.

ON SATURDAY--- We will park our tow rigs and stage across the street from the main gate. There will be a sign that says "NAXJA-->" along the road to show you where to go. You will still have to either drive or walk over to the park office and pay the park entry fee, but then come back across the street and stage up in the color group you want to run with that day.

The main parking lot and competition course area will be busy on Saturday with the RCROCS event taking place that day as well.

If your still confused as to where to go, someone will be at the main gate, check with them. The park office will also be able to guide you to the right location for the NAXJA group.

If you have any questions please ask, but when you arrive it will all hopefully make sense.

i have never been to RC and i feel ignorant asking... but by the sounds of it we need to pay to use the course each day we are there in addition to the $ we paid in preregistration. if this is so, how much are daily fees?

No sir, the comp course is generally part of the park, I generally tool around there after I am done wheeling in the park. On a competition weekend it may be different though if they are having a event.

I think you mean in relation to NAXJA reg? Yes NAC fees are separate from RC. RC is $10 to join and then I think $30 a day, but check out their website for the official word.

Yeah, unfortunately RC is an organized park with a staff that maintains the trails and are constantly cutting new trails, so we gotta pay to play there. Sean was close, it is $10 to join "the club" and $35 each day after that.

Their website is www.rc4x4.org

The comp area (concrete/manmade) is included in your daily admission.

BUT - if you're planning on hitting it Friday, I'd recommend getting it done early - once they start setting up the courses for RCRocs it'll probably be off-limits. Saturday that area will be totally closed, but Sunday you should be able to go wherever you want.

I have been instructed to keep our group off the comp course area on Friday, since the courses will be getting set up then.... (and of course Saturday too with RCROCS)

If you want to play on the comp course, the only days are Thursday and Sunday.
