Maybe you could just weld in a reinforcement washer?

I'd definitely be interested in a couple sets for 3/8" and 1/2" bolts as well.

Just get me the dimensions.....

I assume you are looking for a "hat bushing"....

I need the Major OD, minor OD, ID, OAL, and step (length of the minor OD)..
