transfer case skiplate

anyone have one on a 2000 or similar? i just got mine and i think it fits like s**t . im wondering if i got the wrong one or something. anyone have a pic of theirs installed. they say its designed so u can use it with a t-case drop but i have almost 4 inches between the plate and the cross member. it hangs down so low in the back too that i feel like ill loose a lot of ground clearance. i think im gonna have to ship it back and find another option. what is a good skid plate that i should look into?

who's skid plate did you buy? what transfercase do you have?

my bad... i got a skid row skid plate and have a np 231

its made to work with a tcase drop. hit it a few times on rocks and itll clearance itself.

my '97 with a 231 transfer case.

the one that came with my rubicon LA kit fits like shit as well. my tcase touches it... im afraid that if i hit a bump hard enough the housing on the tcase is gonna snap

X2 Works well. Mine has held up on some pretty hard hits. It protects everything (including exhaust) very well.
