Is alignment affected with larger tires?

98 xj w/3" of lift. I had the front end aligned with 235/75's and after the lift. I recently put 31's on it. It is pulling to the left with the 31's. The 235's were so torn up from having death wobble that Im not sure if the truck went straight after the alignment anyway. My main question though is if the larger tire will affect alignment. Im not to educated on front end suspension and geometry. Thanks for any input.

Thanks. I think that my death wobble will eventually come back. The new tires and alignment are just helping temporarilly. I can still feel a nasty shake in the wheel on every pot hole and overpass, but no death wobble yet. Thanks for the quick reply.

The lift has mostly likely settled and you need to adjust the track bar

Yeah I cant afford to put new tires on every time the wobble comes back.
