97+ door hinge pin replacement.

I searched on here and searched a few other forums for any details on this. I finally went to the help/dorman website and found the part number 38439. Searching with the part number I found this writeup. Pretty much the same way I replaced the hinge pins on the ZJ.

I just posted this to help people if they search for this topic in the future.

I drilled out the hole slightly (it was oval) and put in a grade 5 bolt ( I know, I should have used a grade 8) :gee:
It hasn't failed yet, but the procedure was about the same.
Drill head off pin, or cut it, then replace pin.
