Engine idle and accelorator issues

I have a 1986 2.5 liter that has been nothing but problems. The engine takes a long time to start. Once it starts, i can get it to idle somewhat but lacks the ability to accelerate. I can rev the engine fine in the garage but once under power theirs nothing there. THe engine just bogs down. I have tested the TPS and it seems to be ok. :helpme: I'm going to look at fuel pressure next. I believe the previous owner replaced several sensors. I know the injector and TPS have not been replaced. HELP!!!!

Start with a compression check.

Do you know what the compression should be on a 2.5 liter? What's acceptiable?
