sye and cv driveshaft question

alright im planing on getting an sye and cv driveshaft, but i need to double check something first.

say i got it with my 8.25 in the back now. then if at a later point i swapped in an 8.8, am i going to have problems with the driveshaft not being the right length, or will it not be affected?

The 8.8 with the ujoint adapter is rougly 1.25" longer than the 8.25. Depending on how much slip you have left, you *should* be ok.
