Cant stop brak line leaking

I'm on the final step of my BDS lift. Bleeding the brakes. All the lines are good except the front drivers side. Every time I hit the brake pedal brake fluid oozes out of the brake line. Its seeping out from the threads. I checked the connection three times now. The threads in the new BDS extended brake line look good as well as the threads in the stock brake line. I have never seen this before and either has my brother. We are completely stumped. Does any one have any idea whats happening or a solution?

Sounds like the flared end could be bad. Autozone rents a flaring tool. You might try re-flaring it.

are you sure its nothing stupid like mismatched threads?

I would try reflaring the line and replacing the fitting at the hard line. Then when you tighten it make it a little snug then back it off about 1/2 a turn then tighten it up. That will give you a better chance of the lines meshing and not leaking.

Maybe make sure the gold colored washers are there in the right places. if you changed caliper pry out gold washer and re-use.
