Clock Spring Compatability

Well I just put in a clock spring a few months ago when doing the cruise conversion and I'm pretty sure it took a crap on me.

Does anyone know for sure if 97-2001 will use the same spring?

I know the switches are different.

I am thinking that the 97-98 are different from the 99-01. Tim_MN is knowledgable on airbag systems and components, hopefully he will chime in.

1997-2001 the clock springs are the same part numbers.

56009071 with cruise control

56009070 without cruise control.

Good Luck on that. They are on Nationwide backorder from Mopar. Right now I am # 50in line for one.... Oh and by the way the 97 to 01(?) TJs use the same one.

Outlaw, do you need one with cruise? My dealer has them in but I found one on ebay. If you don't need cruise I can sell you mine.
