Part Number Check

I found this front output yoke that says it replaces part 4446494. I wanted to make sure its correct. Should I be concerned that this part is about 1/3 of the price the dealer is asking?

Any dealership has high markups on most parts. High admin costs, covering the auto salesmen salaries until they sell a vehicle, etc. The service department is a profit center for the dealer, labor and parts.

I would not use the dealer for a base line when comparing. Use RockAuto or NAPA on-line, but be fair and consider shipping costs too.
