backspacing issue

alright i have to get my tires under my flares, because i got pulled over cus they stick out way to far.

on a 15x8 rim what backspacing will i need to get 33x12.5 tire under the stock flare, or is there an issue with rubbing LCA's? if i can't the tire under the stock flare im gonna have to get bushwackers.

just get bushwackers or make some homemade flares that meet the requirements of the state laws.
12.5" tires are gonna rub if you have them tucked in enough to fit under the stock flares

35x12.5's, 4.5" backspacing, stock flares raised higher. My tire sticks out less than a quarter inch or so beyond it.
