Left Blinker Buzz

It only happens when I click the knob to activate the left blinker. Sometimes it just buzzes at me like there is a burnt out light bulb, but I know all my bulbs are good. Other times it just does nothing at all. Then at times it just does all 3 shifting from blinking, buzzing, and nothing at all off and on. I was wondering if that is a sign of a bad switch in the steering wheel or something like a bad ground somewhere in the left lights.

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport.

x2, I'm with Wim on this one.

I'm fairly certain that all the lights work. I've look at them all blinking multiple times. I can't see anything that sticks out as bad cables or anything. Watch them blink while I shake the cables and check wires.
