231 vs 242 Drop Height

Was looking at my rig today and noticed that my t-case hangs really low compared to my buddies TJ both with the Aw4/4.0L but he has the 231 and I have the 242. Both rigs have 1inche of T-Case drop as well.

Looking at Rusty's T-Case Skid, it mentions that the 242 hangs lower. What makes it sit lower than the 231? Just rotated a little bit more? Is the bushing that supports it a different height? (Long shot)

The case is physically bigger.......

It is because of the differential built into the case makes it larger and it had to be clocked at a greater angle.
