While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, whose hand was caught in the gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.

Eventually the topic got around to Obama as our president.

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.

I don't see the problem...The law currently holds that a defendant may not be questioned by police without his lawyer present, if he has or has requested a lawyer. If he confesses while the lawyer isn't there, that can't be used against him in court, even if he agrees to talk to the police without his lawyer present. Obama wants to repeal that law. :dunno: What's the big deal? If a defendant agrees to talk to police w/o a lawyer present, why should we not be able to use that? I've always found it odd that we go out of our way to help a suspected criminal not confess or say something that shows his guilt. Obviously there are those who are suspected and are indeed innocent, but they likely wouldn't say something that proves there guilt.
