Can't Remove LCA

I'm putting on my lift and I can't get my LCA's off!!!!! The bolt that goes through the frame won't come out. I got the nut off but I think the spacer has rusted to the bolt... I tried heat, burned out the bushings... next step I'm going to saw through the bolts. Will grade 8 be OK for replacement?

have u tried turning the bolt with a socket, to breat it free?

and yes a grade 8 bolt will work fine.

Keep in mind that those bolts are metric, so you might have difficulty finding a grade-8 that fits well.
