Really odd problem I found this weekend wheeling. If I park my jeep with the engine up higher then the rear when I start it up again sometimes it barely runs. No matter how much gas I give it seems stuck around 1500-2000. If I move to a flatter area and then give it a minute or two of running the idle goes back to perfect.
I've never had a problem with the engine on the trails or after starting on a flat surface or if the engine is lower then the rest of the jeep. It fires right up and runs really nicely.
It did fire a CEL once during this problem but it's cleared itself now so not sure if it's too late to read it.
Any ideas on where to start with fixing that?
