hey guys.
i recently ran all new brake lines on my xj, and when i attempted to bleed the system., i had some problems.
i started with the rear first, and they both bled good, with lots of fluid coming out
then i went onto the front and they both arent bleeding at all
i removed the line coming from the master cylinder, the one towards the rear of the vehicle, and pushed the pedal down and all that came out was a puff of air
isnt there supposed to be fluid coming out?
anyways im thinking that i have to bleed the master cylinder, or i might just go ahead and replace it entirely.
just wondering basically if the master cylinder is supposed to shoot fluid or what on the down stroke.
thanks
