Adding an OEM trans cooler

I'll be pulling a 1700lb trailer home from SC to Philadelphia next week, i'd like to install this cooler beforehand.

I have the cooler mounted to crossmember, how do i rerun the lines? From radiator to cooler to trans?

I was thinking i could just run some rubber hose double clamped?

A pic or two would be awesome..

Hallo. maybe useful. Old thread: I mixed up transmission lines! with diagram.
I use rubber lines with clamps. The fluid pressure is not high. It will work fine.
