clunk when shifting

i have a 94 xj 4.0 5 speed. i've been hearing a kind of clunking noise everytime i shift into a new gear. also when its wet out sometimes i get a nasty vibration when accelerating into first gear from being stopped. does this sound like a bad rear driveshaft u-joint? i read a couple writeups on changing your ujoint but none of them said how long it took. thanks guys

Could be a u-joint.. On a good day it takes 1 hour 55 minutes and 39 seconds to change a non rusted u-joint. If it's rusted add one day 23 hours 29 minutes and 10 seconds to soak it with PB Blaster..
