Any Suggestions?

I have a 1990 XJ with the 4.0 in it. I'm about ready to rebuild the engine. The jeep is in pieces right now, I just need to get a hoist to get it out.
The engine has about 140,000 miles put on it.
Are there any parts you guys suggest I replace/upgrade while I have the engine torn down? (better pistons, replacing valves, etc.....)

yeah call over to hesco www.hescosc.com and tell them you want a stroker! Thats what you should do...

I have about 20k on a rebuilt 90' 4.0. Besides all the normal stuff, I thought an RV cam was good idea. I'm happy I went that direction. A Stroker build was just a bit out of my budget then.
