when i was testing the aussie locker in my d30 it locked when the tires were moved slowly, but if i gave it a quick jerk it diud not lock

everything is within tolerance otherwise?

Did your tolerances come within spec? If so, take it around the block and see if it clicks

Mine was the same way. As long as it clicks around turns.

i think it clicks around turns. I think i hear it, it is just quieter than i expected. Seems like when i do slow tight turns it is loud though

taking it out this even with a few other buddies and their rigs so we will see!!!!
