spring over on a 94 yj

do any of you know about how much lift a spring over will give i thought about 4" and if it will need driveline work or mayb a t-case drop instead just curious a lady at work wants to lift her daughters jeep while she gone for a surprise and she asked if i could do it but i dont have all these answers thanks!!

measure from center of axle tube to the spring perch. then dbl that measurement. should give you a rough number. i'm guessing 5-5.5" ? thats about what i got when i did my scout

The YJ's I've seen sprung over net around 5-5.5"

I just had a buddy do this and it gave him about 5-6 inches. He did it the right way and did the SYE driveshaft, brake lines and extended track bars. and it rides SOOOO much nicer now. :shocked:

5-5.5", steering mods required. SYE and CV driveline required, t-case drop not gonna cut it.
