It will be a pain, it may or may not be worth your time, depending on how it looks after you research everything.

I looked into it, and eventually went the Stroker route instead. It was easier, cost a third what a v8 swap would, and i am happier with it overall.
You would need:
mounts
new radiator, and soem way to fit it if the V8 gets in the way
new exhaust
custom headers most likely
new fuel pump, and reroute lines
computer
engine harness and new gauges as yours may or may not work, and if they do work they will probably not rear correctly until calibrated
I would go with a SBC over that 360 in the long run if you do decide on a v8 swap. The SBC is a better motor to build on IMHO, and It has a large amount of after market support in the areas of mounts and adapters. Remember: Just because you already have the motor, does not mean that it is a great swap.
