Shock as a Steering Stabilizer

So I am pretty new...

A steering stabilizer is a 50/50 valved shock. I have a box of Rancho 9000 (adjustable) shocks and want to know if the I can use one as a steering stabilizer. Will one of the settings be 50/50 or will it maintain the same ratio but go higher... i.e. x/y, 2x/2y, 5x/5y etc...

None of the settings will get close to 50/50. you have to get the right steering stabilizer specific shock.

None, you need to replace whatever is worn out. A new stabilizer would only be a band-aid for what is REALLY wrong.
