Renix No headlights, fogs, instrument lts or tail lights

I changed out my fog lights tonight. Wen to turn them on and only one was working. Noticed a burning smell and quickly turned them off. Turns out one of the wires to the new fog arked and was totally melted. Rewired it but now I don't have any power to some of the fuses and I have no headlights, tail lights and instrument lights. Everything else is working. Please help. Feeling like an idiot AND now i can't drive home from work!!!!

First replace the fuses that dont work. Then Check the connection on the PDC for the main lighting harness.
