any tube inserts sold locally?

hey guys, im looking at buying some of these 7/8 18 tube inserts from psc motorsports, theyre at $11.00 each but shipping is $12 for both, kinda ruins it for me. does anyone know of a store selling these locally? maybe even cheaper?

try poly performance? they aren't all that far away, shipping should be reasonable.

:edit: Just as expensive there. They do weigh 1 pound each, not gonna be cheap.

It's not quite local but check out Ruff Stuff. He drops them in a USPS flat rate envelope. Don't have to waste time going to a store, have to wait for the mail.
