Need a place to rent in OC

Hey everyone, I currently live in Irvine but my lease is up first week in april so I'm looking for a new place. I do have a large (good) dog. I have been looking in Irvine, Costa Mesa, HB, and Tustin. I am open to other areas but would like to stay coastal. Not looking to spent any more than $1300. I just thought I would post on here if anyone knew of a little condo or townhouse around them. Thanks for any input.

PS A garage would be a plus so I could actually work on my rig without someone driving around in a golf cart saying I can't even pop my hood.
