Hella vs. Delta Tech E-Codes

I did a lot of searching around and I'm stuck between getting either the Hella E-Codes with the 100/80W Hella Premium Xenon Blue bulbs, or the Delta Tech H4 Housings with the bulbs that come with them. I'm also going to purchase the headlight harness from BOR.

Which do you guys recommend?

I have the Hella housings with a set of PIAA bulbs. I am pretty happy with them but I need to replace both housings because they have cracked. I have had them in my jeep for about 5 years though. I have never used the Delta ones, so I don't know if they are better, but I thought they were a little cheaper.

what type of hid set up? h4 conv.?

it will throw a buttload of light EVERY WHERE!!!!

It's a H4 conversion with Delta Tech H4 Housings, PIAA Bulbs, and I'm trying to decide on a wiring harness right now.
