lower control arm bolts

Trying to remove the bolts on the lower contol arms, and need some ideas the nut came off but the bolt isn't coming out . The whole bushing is turning , tried to pound them out but not moving, Anyone go thru the same thing ? Anybody have any ideas ? pb blaster isn't helping much

HEAT.. Get it red hot then smack it out..I was lucky, mine had room between the frame an bolt head to put a bar in there to pry
