Looking for reverse lights

Hey guys, Im about ready to put my steel taillights in but cant seem to find any rectangular reverse lights out there. Im looking for something like this...


or this...


Any suggestions? I've checked the local truckstops they really dont have anything. I was hoping to find some place online that has these.

Also, does anyone know what sidemarkers they have in the taillights in that first picture?

they look like Truck-Lite Model 15 lights... should be available at a truck stop or possibly a Napa store that carries truck parts?
