Frame reinforcement bracket

I know alot of companies make a bracket to support the steering box and that can be used to mount a winch bumper, but that are all expensive. Does anyone know where i can find a schematic or diagram that has all the holes already layed out? Thanks for the help.

I made a CAD file, but I'm waiting on my brackets from the laser cutter to release it. I just want to make sure it's perfect.
