WTB: HP D30 4.56 r&p

Ok, now that the snow is melting away, it's time for me to move my hp d30 from under the snow and into my garage to start getting everything put together to swap it into my XJ. I've never done this before, but I figured I'd start by trying to find 4.56 r&p for it. What else would be good to replace while I'm in there? Carrier bearings? Axle seals? Do the brakes/rotors and such swap directly over?
