quick help rear brakes rear drum

mo
cannot get off rear drum, ive been adjusting the little screw deal in the back however it is getting me no where? any tips? the other side came off easy
 
the adjuster is adjust all the way still cant get it off.. been hitting it with a rubber mallet still wont budge
