FUSE?

01 4.0HP.. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WITH BAD O2 SENCERS. I REPLACED ALL OF THEM. ALSO NOTICED A FUSE (UNDER HOOD) WAS BLOWN BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT GOES TO OR IF IS RELATED..REPLACED ASWELL. NEXT DAY SAME CODES CAME BACK AND SAME FUSE WAS ALSO BLOWN. ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM OR THINK THEY ARE RELATED. DO THE O2 SENCERS RUN OF A 15AMP BUS FUSE?

Fuse 21 (15 amp) in PDC under hood feeds the 02 heater circuit. Sometimes the 02 wire is melted by the exhaust, which would make the fuse blow.

does this year have the o2 sensor by the rear driveshaft? sometimes the wires rub the driveshaft and short out blowing the fuse

ALL THE SENCERS ARE BY THE ENGINE AWAY FROM MOVING PARTSAND ALL ARE NEW AND NO SIGN OF MELTING

maybe the wiring behind the cylinder head has a short in it. sometimes it rubs through back there.

can you tell which fuse was blown, there are several 15 amp fuses in the pdc

i know exactly were, but don't know the location name (example f15). i don't have a service manuel that tells me that.

really need to know which fuse it is, maybe something runs off of that fuse too and that is what is blowing it

right...feeds power to the two 02 sensor relays...which feed power to the o2 sensors...maybe bad relay or short circuit in pdc wiring...remove relays...inspect contacts in PDC...thers has to be a short circuit somewhere

looks like the o2 relays feed the rad fan relay, unplug the cooling fan and a/c compressor clutch and see if the fuse still blows
