aw4 again....

ok so Ive searched with no luck, maybe its just me, anyways My aw4 wont up shift when its supposed to ill be a 3500 rpm then let off the skinny then it will shift, any ideas?
1998 jeep cherokee classic 4.0L aw4

Test TPS with voltmeter.

have the tcm scanned for a dtc. i just replaced a solenoid for that same problem. mine is a '95 but i dont think its different

Thottle Position Sensor (TPS) bad....
