SHINY DASH LIGHTS

Hey gang, about a month ago i got this '00 cherokee. I noticed today that when i pop her into part time the yellow light on the dash quit working. (yes it worked when i first got the rig),,,the green 1 comes on when im in 4 full. its very aparent it is still physically functioning as before when its in part time. so i should probably chalk this up to just a burned out light and worry no more about it ?

yup, most likely at least. mine is the same way, though its a '91.

Lights for 4WD don't work on my 2000, but 4WD works fine. To test (if I get ambitious this summer), just put a paper clip in the plug. If it lights up, its the switch, if it doesn't it's the bulb. (probably)

Sounds like a bad bulb to me.

Heh, I didn't even know they lit up. :roll:
