i just left walmart for the second time and with no ammo. the shelfs were picked clean with a couple boxes of 223 and 40 cal rounds. i talked to a guy in line and they said that walmart will not be selling ammo anymore besides shotgun shells which will be twice the price. and was also told big 5 is going to stop selling guns. is this the truth? i have been so busy with work and my xj i didn't notice. i know we have a dem. as president but what is this country coming to. or is that even the case? i have been a member of the nra for a few years but have not kept up on issues and that is my fault. if our guns are gone what is next to go? what are we to do?
 
i heard from a guy that worked at walmart that in the high crime areas (our area would be meth labs) that ammo and guns were getting into the "wrong hands". soo thats why they stopped selling.
 
Don't have any trouble getting ammo in the low desert..I just go to a store called Yellow mart in indio..Hell when i buy guns i go there too..But i sold my last gun a month ago..
 
i taked to a friend that lives in the redlands area. and he said within 2 months all stores will not be selling. i just hope that is not the truth.
 
well i live in simi valley, not that much crime...our shelves were clean, nothing.:(
 
I dont think that is true, there are even some small stores around here that still sell ammunition, and the guy hasn't said anything about them stopping anytime soon..
 
People, if you don't think the liberals are planning to make sure you don't have access to guns and ammo, then you need to get your head out of the sand. It is clear by the way the federal government is screwing the populace, that our interests are nowhere to be seen in their planning. There will be another revolution in our country, either we will end up being a socialist country, or the real patriots will take back our government from corrupt bureaucrats and return to the principles of real democracy and majority rule.
 
I need to buy a gun.
 
So the fact that walmart, who doesn't carry music with explicit lyrics or games with ultra violence, decides not to carry ammo any more .. means we have to have a revolution?

It's sooo much cheaper to reload. I just decapped/resized about 1000 .223 cases. I still have another 200 or so to do. Reloading supplies are getting scarce but I stocked up on primers, powder and bullets so I'm good until I expend about 6k rounds, which will take me a while. :) If you're concerned about your 2A rights, check out http://www.calguns.net TONS of info there.
 
I'm with you, reloading is the way to go, or atleast it works for me and family. We do a lot of target shooting and have figured out on our own reloads, tat ares are more accurate than store bought bullets...:guitar:
 
My accuracy is out the window right now. Need to adjust the sights on my OLL AR, it's shooting low and right, or it may be me. The 10/22 is on the money though. Going to use my buddies giraud trimmer to knock those cases out tonight. :)

Have you ever heard of the "frogs in a cook pot" analogy? It's getting mighty damn warm in here.
 
Look at it this way.. They can't take your GUNS...YET..Then we will have ONLY stores that WE want you to go to buy your ammo..By the way, WE will need your HOME addy to sale these to you.. NO you can not use a PO BOX..

I dont know anything, but who cares if you have to give your home adress to buy a gun?
 
"the right to own and carry firearms shall not be Infringed" How can they say they have not already infringed upon our rights? I tell you, mark my words, the liberals won't rest until they are collecting people's guns and melting them down. There will be a revolution, it may not include bloodshed but people will get sick and tired of having their rights "infringed" and they will start backlashing against the corrupt politicians.
