so i was looking through the moog catalog and found they list 2 springs for xj's first one is
cc780.inside dia 4.040,bar dia 0.531,install height 15.00,load rate(lbs)388,spring rate(lbs/in.)125.5,fee height 18.22
the other is
cc782.inside dia 4.040,bar dia 0.578,install height 15.00,load rate(lbs)503,spring rate(lbs/in.)146.0,fee height 18.40
now the question is how much of a lift if any will part# cc782 give?

Forum ADVANCED SEARCH drop-down menu and CC782 as your search term, brings up several different threads that seem to agree those coils will give about +2 inches of lift. Search is your friend, don't forget to use it.
