will this work on my 91 chero w 4.0?

he claims its a universal fit and originally bought for his 2003 jeep.i cant find any info on it on the k=n site.

Looks like one on e-bay. The pic is under the hood of what appears to be a TJ, but it's on a 4.0........... :dunno:

I don't think it would work directly on Renix models because the diffrence in the throttle body (flat on top). If you were to make some kind of adapter plate for the top of the throttle body it should work though.

I run Rusty's intake tubes on both my 89 and 94 and like them. They both use the stock intake hose directly to the tube.

why? Were you looking for a hot air intake upgrade? Without building a heat shield to go with it there is no gain. Your butt dyno will feel some throttle response, but no true HP gains.

Intake upgrade w/out exhaust upgrade may even cost you a few hp.
