np231- ax-15

I need some help- i can only find transfer cases from auto's in the junkyard. No on has manuals. How or what all do i have to change out if i have a 97 transfer case . just the input shaft or ----. Thanxs any one - ideas please. I have a 93 4.0 with ax-15 and np231. with the short input shaft- I believe all automatics had the long input shaft.

no problem, I mean it isn't going to be the easiest thing to cut but certainly doable - i'm sure its probably pretty hard metal
