So i looked using the search tab and found only a few things...
First things first....my heep is and '89 Laredo 4.0 with 177,XXX on the clock.

Oil is leaking out of the little hole in my inspection cover on the transmission and only drips out about 30 drops of oil after driving at a normal speed when warm (25-35mph) but when my jeep warms up the oil pressure goes down. but when my foot is on the gas the O.P. reads about 45 and when i let off reads about 20 (mind you this is when it warms up).

Any help would be great....

Sounds like the rear main. Is the back of the motor oiley from the valve cover down? If so, you might want to powerwash it to make sure that the easier solution (valve cover gasket) isn't the cause.
