Rear seatbelt and shoulder strap

My 89 came without rear shoulder belts. I guess this was normal back then,but not too safe. I was wondering if anyone has put later model belts in rear and how they did it.:dunno:

Without the proper OEM bracing in the rear pillars, there is no point in retrofitting rear shoulder belts.
