Need a front license plate bracket

I haven't had a front plate on my Jeep in 8 years. Living in Washington, I'd rather not get a ticket. Can you pick these things up at Autozone or do I need to go to the dealer. I recall that the original platic bracket wraped around the factory bumper and was secured with two screws on the underside of the bumper. Any suggestiosn?

You want mine? Haha...I have an aftermarket winch bumper so it does me no good anymore.

When i was looking for one i didnt find one that matched the factory wrap around style, i ended up just bolting it to the bumper... eventually it "molds" itself to the shape of the bumper anyway, youll never notice that its there
